1. Services Overview
1.1 Subscription Services
Edunatra provides access to AI-driven learning modules and tutoring sessions. Subscriptions grant users access to course materials, live coaching, and community forums.
1.2 Information Products
Digital offerings such as e-books, video courses, and downloadable materials delivered electronically upon purchase.
1.3 Physical Goods
Educational kits, printed textbooks, and branded merchandise shipped to users.
2. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their accounts, and comply with all applicable laws. Sharing accounts is not allowed.
3. Reimbursement Policy
At Edunatra, we offer structured reimbursement options depending on the service type. To request a reimbursement, please contact us promptly.
3.1 Subscription Services
- Eligibility: You may request a reimbursement within 7 days of initial activation if you have not accessed more than two live sessions or 20% of available materials.
- Process: Submit a reimbursement request via our contact form. Approved requests will be reimbursed through the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Transfer Option: Unused subscription days may be applied to a future term within 30 days of the request.
3.2 Information Products
- Eligibility: Requests within 14 days of delivery are accepted if the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
- Process: Send details via our contact form. Once approved, the fee will be reimbursed to the payment method used at purchase.
- No Exchanges: Due to the digital nature, items cannot be exchanged once accessed.
3.3 Physical Goods
- Eligibility: Requests within 30 days of receipt if items are unused and in original packaging.
- Process: Contact us via our contact form to obtain a shipping label. Once we receive the goods, we will reimburse the purchase amount to the original payment source within 10 business days.
- Exchanges: Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same item at no extra charge.
3.4 Custom Services
Personalized coaching packages and bespoke curriculum plans are non-reimbursable due to the tailored resources allocated upfront. We may offer session credits for future use at Edunatra’s discretion.
4. Modifications
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
